WHO CAN PRACTICE YOGA?
The best part of Yoga is that it can be practiced by anyone irrespective of its gender, age or physical limitations.
BEST TIME FOR YOGA:
- For spiritual purposes Yoga workout should be performed before sunrise i.e. Brahma Muhrat.
- For physical fitness, it can be performed either during sunrise or sunset
- There should be at least 4 hrs gap between your food and yoga.
- Morning time is the best time (5 am to 7 am) is every perspective to perform yoga.
PLACE TO DO YOGA
We can do Yoga at any place (inside or outside) but the environment should be clean and peaceful.
It includes Yoga Mat, blocks, belts, cushions and blankets.
Your clothes should be comfortable in which you can move easily.
Ideally, Yoga workout should be practiced daily but one should do it at least 4 times a week to make him fit and fine. Yoga not only helps us to be fit but also increase our immunity power to fight diseases.
